Playback issues

A specific title will not load, the wrong server is being used, subtitles are out of sync, or the player crashes. Include the title name, the media type (movie or series), and the URL you came from.

Account & library

My List or Continue Watching is missing an entry, a saved title disappeared, or you want to delete your account. Sign in first, then send the affected title and your account email.

Partnerships & press

Providers, integrations, sponsorships, and press enquiries. We respond to partnership requests within two business days via Telegram or email.

Feedback & ideas

Feature requests, accessibility improvements, and UX suggestions. Screenshots and short Loom-style recordings help us ship the right fix the first time.
