Synopsis
Ela has lived for many years without any contact with her family, until her daily routine as a security officer at Hamburg Airport is abruptly disrupted by her mother’s sudden suicide. Her mother’s last wish—to be buried in her native Turkey—sets a chain of events in motion, at the end of which Ela finds herself in a car with her hated father, on their way to Turkey. A bittersweet journey begins.
